So i’ve been pretty darn busy the last week and a half or so…..and i’m gonna sum it all up.
As many of you already guessed, Rachel is now my girlfriend. Since the day I got home, there hasn’t been a day since I haven’t seen her. We’ve been spending alot of time together. She ran a marathon this past weekend in San Diego and I was able to go with her. Some of her family went (her three brothers and her dad) and I hung out with them and got to know them alot better. They are awesome. And of course…Rachel did really well in the Marathon and most definitely is Mickey’s lil’ champ. We were in San Diego from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning. We did a bunch of sightseeing, zoo, beach, blah blah blah. I enjoyed San Diego…but the best part was spending time with my girlfriend and gettin’ to know some of her family. I really enjoyed it.
So one of the reasons I haven’t written in my blog for so long is cuz of Rachel. My usual time to write blogs is late at night. However, since i’m always with her basically the entire night…I haven’t really had time to write. My best friend, Joe Pututau, also has a girlfriend. So usually Rachel and I are always with Joe and Catherine. We al have fun together. Sometimes other dudes join us on dates, like Zach Paynter or Jordan or perhaps some missionary buddies (alot of my buddies are actually out of town though).
So anyway…Rachel and I are great. She’s such a sweetheart and i’m getting kinda scared for what’s gonna happen when I have to go back East (which is in a couple weeks). Long distance relationships suck. That’s the bottom line. I’ll definitely fly out to see her and I hope that she’ll fly out to see me. She’s amazing though. I’ll talk more about her more in the future…
So anyway….my first kiss back from the mission was indeed a special one (This is kinda embarrassing to talk about but oh well). I wanted to wait for San Diego to kiss Rachel simply because I wanted it to be supa-special. And indeed it was. Haha. I won’t drag the story on too long. To make a long story short…the kiss happened at night on the beaches of Coronado Island in San Diego. We took a ferry over there…cuddled on top of the boat as the breeze blew her blonde hair and made her look even sexier. After the ferry ride…we made our way to the beach. The big kiss happened on the beach under the stars as we were doing the tango…letting the tide tickle our toes. It was fun indeed.
There really aren’t many updates. Just been workin…spendin’ time with my girlfriend…hanging out a little with my fam…..and chillin’ with my boys. That’s about it.
